COMMON QUESTIONS
How long is the free trial?
14 days. No credit card required to start. At the end of your trial your account is suspended — not deleted — until you choose a plan.
Can I change plans after I sign up?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Is my data safe?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Your workspace is fully isolated — no other organization can access your data. All infrastructure is US-only. See our Security page for full details.
Do you offer discounts for small firms?
Email us. We work with early-stage SDVOSB and veteran-owned firms and we're flexible, especially for firms that are pre-award or executing their first subcontract.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes. Your BOEs, invoices, and contract data are yours. We provide CSV exports for all major data types on request.
